Now all I want is coleslaw! :rotfl:Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Ooh, I like getting food ideas.
It's been ages since I had a quiche. I think I'll have to search the web for recipes and see if I can find something that would suit me. It'd have to be something without bacon and cheese, due to the sodium content
Home made cole slaw is another thing on my to try list, but again, I'd have to be careful of the recipe.
I already make my own mayo. The only high sodium thing in it is a tablespoon of mustard but when it's all made up, the amount of sodium in a spoonful is acceptable.

Afternoon, 1p Tilly Tidied to MOS, £80 OPd. All going the right way

Physio today (again) - all going well and making me extremely focussed on our futures.
This MFW journey really does change how you think about life. GallyGirl, GoldieGirl and Squirrel for example, are able to do new things in their next chapter because of diligence, hardwork and perseverance. Examplars of the benefits being MF brings.
Whether you invest in S&S, property, savings account accounts etc etc is separate in my mind and is a vehicle to releasing your future. Once you are FI, you have the freedom to do what you want, when you want. That definitely attracts me.
We've really pushed ourselves hard during the last few years and as my return to work looms, it's definitely influencing my feelings about our future.
The sun is shining, veggie are growing, washing is on the line and to top it all, we've received a wine to test :T
I hope everyone is ready for the weekend.

have a lovely weekend Tilly x June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0 -
Morning, sun is shining - bit better than yesterday.
£100.50 OPd this morning - every little helps.
Dinner last night was spatchcocked chicken (thanks Mr T as I can't spatchcock) which had been spiced by DS. Eaten with various salad leaves in pitta breads with garlic mayo. Simple but delicious.
Our plans for yesterday changed multiple times but due to the rain we ended up being local. Mr T and DS made some HB - Mr E recommended products quite while ago and it's now in operation.
I'm off to sort the hounds then menu plan for the week. No food shopping done yet - fridge use up instead.
