What will today bring?
Church this morning, then sadly a trip to a shopping centre, as medical supplies required for DDs travel.
After that it's a long walk - the longest I will have done since December, so it's a real test of recovery
Food today - well I am borrowing Greying's Budha Bowl concept. I'm emptying the kitchen and garage fridges of anything that needs using up, then becoming creative. No Sunday roast today - I truly CBA
. An afternoon of fresh air, happy hounds off their leads with their ears flapping is just what is required
Happy Sunday.

Your weekend activities and plans sound wonderful Tilly, and you sound so much more well, I'm really pleased for you!Tilly_MFW_in_6_YRS wrote: »I think a children's book with the adventures of Mr Plops would go down well. Fortune could illustrate :T
And this is a great idea!
No rain around here since Friday, but its so **gloomy**! Very threatening, but warm enough for all the plants to do their thing.
Enjoy your walk

Hi Boultj, we had a good old time yesterday and I was often heard to be saying "I used to work there; that's where I used to go to the pub; my first bank was just there" etc etc etc - DD and DS were really taking the mickey

Weather however, was atrocious. How can you have this much rain so close to the longest day
Well done on the fund raising for MiND - excellent cause and sadly as NHS cuts take hold, more people will be looking for help.
Best wishes, Tilly x x2004 £387k 29 years - MF March 2033:eek:

Afternoon, I'm a happy Tilly. We went to pharmacy for DD and as I have no moisturiser left, I thought I'd pick some up - crikey, there's a plethora of types. Thought I'd seek advice and was told that I have very youthful skin :j. Yay - I'm not far off 52 so that made me very happy. I must take after mum :j
Happy days.

You DO have very youthful skin :T. I got told that as well last week but as everyone else there was at least 15 years older than me I don't think that counts
. A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Its lovely when things like that happen, isn't it
the first emergency dentist I saw was surprised when I told her I got free prescriptions on an age basis

Evening, well the weather has really been frustrating. We have achieved loads but is it really ureasonable to prefer dinner outside in mid June?
Our veg beds are really productive and I've menu planned for next week. I'm back to work next month and will go back to monthly menu planning again. Definitely more economic working to a monthly plan. Slightly nervous about returning but my brain is looking forward to some exercise
Hounds are looking very happy - relaxed and tired - perfect.
Catching up on Graham Norton - more laughter :rotfl:
