Thanks Tilly, I'll see what the craic is with my council on Monday. We had rain and thunder here in Norfolk too, had to do a mad dash for the things I'd left outside!!

Do you know I love it so much I barely noticed.

The Plops was disgracefully naughty though.

Wishing Mr T good luck with his job search.

I think a children's book with the adventures of Mr Plops would go down well. Fortune could illustrate :T

Mr Ts doing OK, he's lucky that he enjoys what he does but his current role is tough. He's a real family man and is finding the travel more frustrating now. I think it's an age thing as he's always travelled :)

  • Morning, physio is going well which is good news, long journey ahead but I can see progress :T

Shopping came to just over £40 yesteday and DD made a beautiful platter with the shishtawook last night. We didn't go with tabouleh in the end but had roast diced sweet potato, asparagus, roast peppers, griddled courgettes with lemon and black pepper. Delicious. DD made 80% and Mr at did the chicken.

Adventurisng today and dropping in to see mum. I bought some beautiful stocks yesterday in Mr L for her. Along with Sweet William they are her favourites - Brucie's voice has popped into my head now.

It looks like an autumn day

I hope everyone reading has a fun Saturday and for those with cares and woes, take it easy :)

  • Well I tried to take it easy and I promise there was so much laughter, I had to tell the kids and DH to shut up eventually :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Lovely adventuring and good to see mum as well. Trying to persuade her to have a short holiday with us in a few weeks time.

Received cheque for mum's insurance so need to bank that on Monday.

I just may have been to too many Pr!marks today - DS required a larger size in trousers (made a mistake with my spelling and it auto corrected to 'truss' which was a little alarming :rotfl:).

Steak for this evening with rocket salad (garden), new potatoes and HM coleslaw.

First I need a glass of wine as we have been out since 9.30am :eek:

    Best wishes Tilly x x

Definatly a fun saturday for me, we had a charity day at the holistic centre and raised a couple of hundred pound's for MIND, and was a good distraction from the wet stuff filling up my very empty water butt's.
    How was your saturday Tillt?
