Morning, batch cooking finished and all packed into freezer ready to deliver to mum. It was a bit odd having to keep reminding myself not to add garlic and chilli. I've used ikea plastic boxes to freeze the meals in, as they are easy to stack and the ones I've used are just enough for one portion.
I'm making a lamb tagine tomorrow night - that will be two packs of lamb out, but one cooked RM will go back into the freezer.
£39.02 claimed from TCB and Mr T raised a case regarding a car hire for late December and that's visible now.
Mr T comes home today and I've really missed him

Awww! I'm glad MrT is home for you tonight ... and I'm loving the idea of batch cooking for your mum. I couldn't do it from home to take to her (6 hour journey on public transport), but I could do it if I was staying with her.
Have a good day.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

You can always share my mum
. I love her dearly but she can be challenging. However, I hope I am as capable when I'm her age

Think I've gone the other way with the telly, from never having time to having nothing but time.... Can't wait for the chaos to return. I would happily just have terrestrial tv but would create a war.

Fab day so far.
Hounds have had a very long walk and plenty of ear flapping and running - joy to see.
Shopping done £25.03 - nothing purchased which is not on the menu plan - at all.
Sk! call undertaken - 1 hr on the phone, but down by 50%, plus a free internet wifi dongle thing. Maybe more could have been achieved, but after that length of time, I was just grateful to hear Mr T say, "that's a deal". Saves us £150 over 10 months. When I'm paid next week I'm going to transfer £150 to the mortgage.
Kitchen clean and sorted, TV room is going to be partially dismantled in readiness for getting the house ready for EA.
Master Tilly is doing revision and really knuckling down.
Left overs for lunch
. Trip to the tip done and only one load of washing left.
We have loved the sun today although it was bitterly cold
