Morning Tilly, yup i think i'm here looking at diaries to avoid the list of things i should be doing.
Some of which are so stupid, i.e. at the start of term we sign a form to say we are happy for the school to take the children out and about and yet i now have about four forms on my desk asking for approval to go, oh yes you've guessed it, out and a flippin about:mad:. I know there will be a health & safety issue but honestly i haven't changed my mind:p.
And so it continues!
P.S. i haven't bought any presents yet:eek:Weight: need to lose 71lbs - lost to date 0lbs

Hi Brizzle and PWD, I have succumbed and written on a piece of paper with rough timings things to do today, so I know we will at least do the essentials, anything else will just have to wait.
By Friday this week everything will be completed and the coming weekend is going to be quiet (hopefully).
Dogs walked and we bombed round at great speed, almost unable to speak so I guess that's a bit of exercise for us too :T
Have a good day

What a fab day. All the jobs on the list were completed. I have one decoration left to put up but need to do a bit of twiddling beforehand, so that can wait until Wednesday.
Lights are up, tree up and first candle of advent lit :T
Roast pork and all the trimmings for dinner - people were too full for dessert, so that will be tomorrow evening.
Lovely catch with an MSE chum tonight - happy days.
Fairly spendy weekend but we are having to change our plans for the coming weekend, so it will be a cheap and extremely relaxing weekend.
Wishing everyone season's greetings as we start the real countdown - although I am pretty sure I started counting down in January :rotfl:
Mortgage payment went out on Friday but I forgot to update - £190k barrier broken and heading towards £180k - ok it may take a while to get there but we are on the journey x

Morning, bbbrrrrrrrr off for a dog walk this morning and definitely need to wrap up.
2p TT to MOS
Still waiting for just over £50 to appear as payable from TCB. Looks like this well be early next year.
I need to catch up with a few friends on the phone this week, as well as update all the financials. Plus write Christmas cards. Order one gift on line to be delivered - I'd forgotten about this and definitely need to crack on.
Cost of Xmas is under budget and the money spent has already been saved. I find having monthly saving pots such a help. It's no hassle switching money as its set up as a SO and then the money is available when needed.
4 NSDs ahead which is a relief
Have a good week and yes, it will soon be Friday :rotfl:

Morning, pretty cold and off for a dog walk shortly. We are getting back into the habit of walking them early in the morning.
97p TT to MOS.
Fish pie for dinner this evening - I'm working from home and will make it between calls.
Short update today.

Lovely dog walk and Mr T and I even broke out into a jog
It's been a difficult few days as Mr T and I have had to make a decision about mum. What with frailty/health and dodgy heating system, she is moving in with us. It's needed a lot of thought and prayer but I don't want to have any regrets when something does happen.
Sadly this means our lodger Froggy will be seeking a new pond. However, he's in a positive place now with a job and a couple of months exploring the area under his belt.
Mr T has two doors to finish rubbing down in the hall, and that's on his schedule for tomorrow apparently - painting starts next week.
I'd better crack on.
