Morning Tilly, yup i think i'm here looking at diaries to avoid the list of things i should be doing.
Some of which are so stupid, i.e. at the start of term we sign a form to say we are happy for the school to take the children out and about and yet i now have about four forms on my desk asking for approval to go, oh yes you've guessed it, out and a flippin about:mad:. I know there will be a health & safety issue but honestly i haven't changed my mind:p.
    And so it continues!

    P.S. i haven't bought any presents yet:eek:
I blame the litigation culture. I often wonder what parents think when signing to say how far they can swim when they are only attending the college over the road.
There would have to be a helluva puddle.

Glorious long walk with the hounds this morning. About an hour but at a pace which had us slightly breathless.

    Neighbours cards delivered as well.

Beautiful joint of beef for dinner this evening and Mr T and I are on wrapping duty as the kids are going out.

We'll be lighting the second candle today :T

I need to do a return and grab some euros for next week - that can be one trip out.

I'd better get cracking as we're off to church soon.

Food spends yesterday came to £11 ish in L!dl and £10 in WR. Good offers on butter so I stocked up.

Freezer is still rammed - how on earth do we fit so much in? Mr T is living out of the freezer this week, although we did buy fresh veg and fruit, along with milk yesterday.

No more shopping this week and Mr T may be making bread towards Thursday.

    Have a lovely Sunday

  • Hi Mr E, I feel like it's been a very relaxed day even though we got a few jobs done.

Hi, not sure whether I'll be on line at all this coming week as its a mad full on time. However, I'll be thinking of Tilly Tidies and moves to MOS.

It's a good job mum is moving in as she's going to need a lot of support of the next few months. I need to see about a wheelchair as well.

Looking back on the year, it has certainly raced by. I need to check the MfW13 challenge and update - we cleared a fair bit early on but much slower progress over the last few months.

That's all for now. Off to watch Strictly.

    Have a good week.
