What a lovely day.
Shopped at L!dl early and then finished off at WR.
Sausage wheel made (JO 30 min) and in the fridge ready for Monday.
Bacon and butter bean side dish made and cooling (JO 30 min)
Beef hash (JO 30 min) prepared partially cooked, cooling ready for the fridge.
Ox cheeks marinating in spices (TK recipe). Will put in to slow cooker tomorrow morning.
Freezer and larder inventory completed.
Menu planned for December including an outline of Xmas meals. More to do on this but I've read through all my Xmas books which was fab.
Menus are using freezer contents up which will make room for all the bargainous post Christmas goodies (hopefully)
OK money things £3 PC moved to MOS
Council tax paid by cash-back CC - need to check how much credit will be paid to the card in January. Will be paying the equivalent cash into the MOS in January.
Two gifts ordered for DD from my mum. I think she'll be delighted
DS has finished all of his ironing - good skill to have before leaving home. I was reading an article in a Saturday paper from last week about how ill prepared some kids are. I don't want mine to struggle when they leave.
DS and DH have replaced inner tube in DS bike - DS did most if it. Massive thorn
That's all for now.

I agree Tilly, my girls all do household chores every week, obviously purely to prepare them.... saying that there's a lady at work who goes round regularly to clean her son's house because he doesn't know how... hmmmm..Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... Hi HDK, it never fails to amaze me about how many of the kids friends can't wash, iron or cook - I wonder how they will cope when there's no one to pick up for them.
I come from a family where Mum was really strict and Dad would have a fit if we were disrespectful at home. So we all grew up to value our possessions and care for our stuff. Mr T laughs as I can tell him who gave me which gifts for birthdays from when I was quite young - "why does your brain retain this stuff" I'm asked. My reply "because people went to the trouble of thinking of a gift which I would like".
Right, need to get a move on, Mr T wants to go volunteering
