Morning, soup base is cooked, just need to whizz it up and add milk :)

Cake is almost ready to come out of the oven - can be iced later today :)

Beef cheeks are in the slow cooker :)

Fat removed from the stock in readiness for late lunch- early dinner :)

My diary is becoming a food diary, not an MFW one - I promise the moment Mr T is working normal service will resume :)

I am loving the food stuff Tilly. :T You have inspired me to fill our freezer with real meals and puds and cakes etc rather than a misc collection of odds! So thanks :)
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

You need to register and see if you are chosen :)
Boring but easy and if you also get chosen for other surveys the points mount up quickly

  • Brizzle, the other survey site is Pine Cone - you have to be referred but am certain there are enough of us about who can forward an invite when they come along.

Where is the summer vacation for tilly?
I've booked us on a short family holiday next year. I like having something to look forward to and it's cheaper to book in advance!
Hi TooToo, we're off to Portugal and can't wait :):)

It's lovely to have something to look forward to.

Thanks Watty1, it's lovely to have a freezer full of home cooked goodies, or stuff ready to turn into real meals. I love planning and preparing and it really does give me pleasure to know people are being looked after.

I'm not sure I'd describe myself as an inspiration but glad that it's helping you :):). Certainly saves loads of time.

  • Morning, 2nd birthday greetings to my diary :rotfl:

Where have the last two years gone?

Mr T tells me there is more planning to be done re decorating :rotfl:
He's laughing whilst I'm typing - I'm sure it must be guilt ;)

Apparently it's 'not guilt, you just don't understand the level of planning required' :rotfl:

Dinner this evening is a pasta bake - lots of peppers, courgettes, and probably ham.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

    Happy Birthday!

QQ- Do you have a massive freezer then Tilly? As I have a counter freezer, and there just isn't enough room to store things beyond some meat, fish and veggies.
