Evening, back from a great night out with Mr T - much laughter and £25 all in - from the entertainment pot

DD has planned the menu for next week using a Slimming World book and a James Martin one - will need to buy milk, tomatoes and a cabbage but that's it :T
The food for the birthday celebration will come out of the birthday pot, so I'm not counting that as normal grocery shopping.
Friday tomorrow - these weeks are disappearing fast.
Mortgage payment goes out next week and it will see us drop under £200k - there will be a few of these :j and :T and . Then we can start the journey to the next. The car purchase will remove a chunk of our offset but we have both (Mr T is steering this ship) agreed to have it put back by November.
I'll be updating the signature after the mortgage goes out with the new MF date and GG, you will definitely be MF before me

Morning, busy weekend, visit for a day to a relative with non stop jobs, then a birthday celebration yesterday. Definitely need a quiet week at work to recover

We seem to have done nothing but spend money over the last three days, although food shopping for this week only came to £23 - which was mainly milk, cheese, fruit and veg.
Salad leaves in the garden look fab and will be found on our plates most evenings from now on
No volunteering as no time this weekend, but we will do a couple of hours on Wednesday evening.
Mr T and I are doing the rounds of various Uni's with DD to enable her to decide where to go. I'll be glad when she has decided - it's blinking expensive driving to both ends of the country.
I've given up with the weather - this is no summer. On the up side though we will be having record crops of strawberries, raspberries and blueberries :T
We are aiming for 4 NSDs in a row this week - to recoup a little of the excesses this weekend. I'm glad to have all the savings pots :T
I'm off to catch up on diaries
