You must just be so relieved that someone who almost never, ever overpays has the audacity to explain......

Should you need to know what a tillytidy is, please just give me a shout:D

Martin asked me to let you know that I am the official board guide to explain away the intricacies of mortgage overpayments. Any views are purely my own, and are not reflective of MSE, given that I'm usually talking absolute rubbish;)

What a productive day. Chicken simmered with star anise, onions, celery, carrots. Chicken is off the bone now and cooling, with stock reduced and left to go cold and then I'll remove the fat - not an attractive job but healthier.

Bargainous fillet of pork cooked in the oven with onions and stuffing. Once it's cold I'll freeze. Lamb for us this evening with potatoes and broccoli and mint sauce - can't wait.

Kitchen smells like a bread shop and I'm loving Mr T with his Paul H bread thang going on :T

Timer is pinging so I need to get back in the kitchen.
