You'll all be glad to know there is no ironing done. Mr T did the washing, but the ironing is looking at me.
It will have to carry on looking.
We should have been entertaining friends but they cried off due to a very poorly little soul. Nothing worse than a little one feeling rotten.
I am however, going to don boxing gloves and have a good punching session. Bring it on :T
Have a good night,

Put a cover over the ironing, then it won't be able to see out....
Years ago, I offered to iron some shirts for DH (then DB) as he was in a rush. I made such a hopeless job of it that he hasn't let me near them since. I was a bit insulted at the time. Now I think that it was the best (accidental) move I've ever made! Lol."Have nothing in your houses that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful." William Morris0 -
Lol catshark that is sneaky ... But good advice0

Hi Cat and El, I'm going in to the office today so definitely no ironing again today.
Covering it up is an excellent idea, I have found my mother's voice talking to me about sitting down when all the jobs aren't finished. I know wonder I don't relax often.
Anyway, lovely weekend ahead. Out with kids and Mr T to cinema or bowling tonight. Haven't decided which. Chinese meal purchased from W@itrose ready for dinner before or after. Off to see a delightful friend on Saturday, then Sunday is volunteering, ironing, eb@ying , and walking the hounds.
So looking forward to this evening.
Have a good day, Tilly x

Sounds like a good weekend ahead apart from the eb@y of course
I always find with ironing and housework I left alone it goes away ... Well mine does ... Although for some strange reason I hear mr el cursing when that happens:cool:0 -
Fab night. Been bowling and now heating the Chinese.
I've had my @ss whipped at bowling but much laughter was had by all.
No ironing and that won't get touched until Sunday. Eb@y mania will commence Sunday - I really don't like it but needs must. Every penny in, is a penny OPd.
I have to admit to partaking of a beer tonight - much enjoyed and appreciated.

Morning, we now have 2 x 2 DD for Halif@x accounts. Just need to remember we need to sweep £750 not £1000 from May, plus need to sweep £650 back, on each account.
Shopping list ready for today. Milk, fruit and veg. Slow cooked brisket tomorrow mmmmmmm.
From middle March it's back to council tax payments. I'm going to use the cashback card for that this year, rather than Tesc@. I am the point of boycotting Tesc@ now. I used to shop there often, now it's maybe once a month but I feel quite strongly about their exploitative style. We will see how this goes.
That's it for now, just going to take DD to work then back to snuggle in bed for an hour.
We'd better get prepared for the next wave of snow, looks pretty cold from tomorrow onwards.
I'm still missing having a lodger.
