    I was five years without drinking ... I just decided one day that I was no longer wasting money on alcohol so gave up .... When I went to vegas I hated it that much I had to have a constant " buzz" on me to get through the whole experience ... On that 3 week holiday I think I drank my five years worth of alcohol that I had missed

    Incidently I would like to go back to vegas one day... Even though I detest the place ... And no it's not for the drink ( although I don't think I could manage it sober) it would be to waste the days required to get used to the time zone so that I could go exploring elsewhere ... Well you don't want to be at the Grand Canyon and not appreciate it surely :)
