Hi Tilly
Sounds like it is all go in the Tilly household.
Wanted to let you know that my slow cooker arrived today. Very excited!!!:D
As I said in an earlier post I only got a 2.2 litre one so have been trying to work out whether my 2.5 kilos of beef and a bottle of wine and some beef consomme will fit into it.
One interesting thing it did say was that you shouldn't leave it unattended but I thought that was the whole point! That you pop it on when you go out and then it's all lovely and ready when you get in.
Any advise?!

Dear SJ1 definitely leave it - I never even thought about it and I would never think I had to be in. The whole point is bung the stuff in, use massively less liquid, and far more spice\herb and you will be good to go.

Advice needed.
I have shopped via TcB for a few months at the back end of last year. I have my Amazon voucher sitting in the account, but my question is:
Given the advice to claim your money and not let it build up in case there is a problem with the company etc, I am guessing the same thing applies to vouchers. However, I don't want to use them yet, as I am saving them for gifts/Xmas. I haven't clicked on the vouchers yet as I didn't know whether, once I start the process, I have to complete and use them.
So can someone help me understand what the options are for TCB and Amazon voucher usage?
Many thanks.

Do you mean you want to give the voucher as a present or that you want to use it to buy presents? Either way, I'm unsure why you can't make the purchase now? If you want to give a gift card you can buy it now and they're valid for quite a while. If you want to buy presents, then can you not buy them now and store them until it comes to the right time? Or is it that you want to hold off until you have a better idea of what you want to get them? I think if you get a voucher it just sits in your amazon account until you use it.Rule 7: If you're not changing it, you're choosing it.

Thanks Caz, I want to save the vouchers for using later in the year when I know what my kids are likely to want. So right now, I can see the vouchers in TCB but I haven't opened them to check so I am going to do that tonight and see what needs doing. Feels great to be planning for fy12 Xmas already !

Usually the Amazon vouchers have a validity of 2 or 3 years. So you can keep accumulating in your Amazon account until you are ready to use. Many thanks UnhappyShopper. It has been great to see the vouchers coming in. I intend to do more shopping via TCB this year, as its still early days for me, I have a lot to learn.
