Morning,:eek: no pennies at all to OP :eek:
Out for dinner with friends this evening so it will a spendy day. Coming out of entertainment pot though
I need to grab something from the freezer for kids and lodger. I'm hoping to do some ironing on a couple of calls today as I am way behind. I hate having a backlog but it will get sorted. Taking clothes back very late afternoon so I may see my dining table again.
Right, off for a cuppa, have a good day, Tilly x x2004 £387k 29 years - MF March 2033:eek:

Goodness, what a day - I am only just jumping in the shower, having ironing is finished so that was a good multi tasking session. At least it means I am not drifting off and reading emails.

Morning Polkadot, what a great message for first thing. Thank you
I am just getting back up to speed as I had a few weeks in November of being quite off track. Fortunately all the :money: ways didn't desert me, so financially things were going well though.
If you are considering starting a diary, then my advice is jump right in and don't wait. It really does bring daily focus to your activities

Morning, I have £80 left in my entertainment pot which gets topped up next week, so I am OPing it. No pennies to tidy up again  my account is now too tidy
. I may have to go back to having two lodgers as I miss my twice a week bigger OP. I am now starting to look for new lodgers - I may sound completely barking, but I love having more people here. How on earth will I cope when the kids go - more lodgers? Hopefully I will learn to cook smaller portions and enjoy some solitude occasionally - my happiest moments are cooking for hoards of people.
I have the local food bank box ready to deliver. I have been adding to the box each week, so have quite a haul now. I may be able to do that today. Kids have sorted some stuff for the refuge, clothes, toys and I am passing these to someone to hand in to the refuge. You can't just walk in the front door, so they will go via church. I don't mean to sound holier than thou, but I am pleased we are doing this. The kids have embraced it as well and things are so tough, I want to know that we are making a difference somewhere. Albeit small
I definitely need a cuppa now so have a great Friday, weather looks blinking cold but it is December. Roll on the shortest day and we start the slow journey to longer days, gardening, picking produce :T.

*de-lurks* the box for the food bank sounds like a great idea - I'm going to have a go at thatBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

We are doing the shoebox for needy kids. All unwanted new stationery, small toys, child-oriented freebies and such goes into a box throughout the year and at Christmas gets put into shoeboxes and I hand it over to a person at work who collects them and sends to the Shoebox Appeal for Overseas kids.Mortgage: @ Feb. 2007: £133,200; Apr. 2011: £24,373; May 2011: £175,999; Jun 2013: ~£97K; Mar. 2014 £392,212.73; Dec. 2015: £327,051.77; Mar. 2016: ~£480K; Mar. 2017 £444,445.74
