That sounds like a very nice meal plan! Always nice to get little jobs like mending done. I have a pile of school trousers awaiting name tapes, which I never seem to get round to doing.
Thinking of you.

Give up and throw them away, they probably won't fit you anymore
.
Tilly, hope all is well at hospital.

Hope you are doing OK TIlly
Well done for mending. I almost threw 4 or 5 tops out that needed mending and had sat in my wardrobe for over a year. I mended them and a couple of them have become new favourites again so well worth it
Well done for selling the item to your friend!1 -

Good evening
I have a 6400 mortgage with a 20 year term,19 remaining.
I am on a 5 year fixed rate , monthly payments 400. I have overpaid 250 each month since the start .
According to the over payment calculator on here , if I continue to over pay, my mortgage will be paid off in approximately 10 years, half the term.
Is it that simple? I am allowed to over pay up to 500 each month.
Do I need to contact my mortgage provider for any reason regarding early payment.
First mortgage and very Green about the whole thing....
Many thanks1 -
Hi Assistant, you've done brilliantly to Op so much each month. Providing you don't exceed the maximum OP your provider allows, then I can't see any problem. You may want to start a diary to help you with your journey. People are really helpful and give excellent advice.
Good luck, Tilly2004 £387k 29 years - MF March 2033:eek:

Hi Tilly
Many thanks for the reply.
I am new to the MFW Forum. So any advice you can share will be great.
Its all so new to me. I will hopefully be able to continue with the over payments.
I must admit, I am totally confused as to what happens when the fixed rate ends in 2016?1
