  • Hi Tilly,

I too have read your diary from start to finish and find it a great source of inspiration. If you get the chance I'd love you to take a look at mine, although life is obviously very busy for you at the moment in a wonderful way.

    Merry Christmas and best wishes

  • Happy Shiny New Year

    2016 seemed to fly by.

Gally - I think I need to use you as motivation and draft some goals for 2017.

    Moving house
    Start renovation
Perhaps persuade a company to make me redundant
Continue decluttering but with an aim
Loving Alex's and NewGirly's walking challenges - charge my fit bit

No real ideas at the moment and we are waiting for exchange dates and feel like we're in a holding bay right now.

    Good health, peace and goodwill.

  • It is a difficult time when you know you are moving but not the actual date! Good luck and you can never declutter too much. X
Paid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
Still thrifty though, after all these years:D
  • All best wishes to Clan Tilly for what is looking like a potentially fantabulous year :D

Could i just ask, is the type of f1tb1t you have dependent on what type of excercise you do? Would a gym bunny, or olympic standard cyclist have a spiffy, all-singing, all-dancing one,; compared to someone who was just interested in general fitness levels, achieved primarily through walking as much as possible?

    TIA

If you have an iphone, you can use the Health app which automatically records your number of steps so long as you have your phone with you. :)

Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

Sorry Alex - I am the only person on the planet that doesn't own anything 'appley'. With the exception of the bowl of Egremont Russets on the kitchen counter top....... ;)
