Hello, I was just reading about your boy and wanted to say I am thinking of you and praying that he is back home soon. My friend's golden labrador went missing earlier this year - something spooked her outside the shop where she was waiting for her owner and she broke free, leaving her collar behind. They put up loads of dog lost posters in the area but she wasn't seen anywhere until two weeks later, in the early hours of one morning she turned up scratching at the family home's door! A bit muddy and very tired but safe and well. I always keep this story in my mind to never give up hope, even when your heart is breaking. Sending much love and strength to you and your family xx

Well I've just watched Reporting Scotland and there was no mention of Ruaridh

Can we email them tomorrow en masse and maybe they'll take more notice. Maybe they won't, but it's definitely worth a try I think

I got an e-mail back from Beverley Cuddy, she didn't mention putting our wee wanderer on her blog but she did ask if he was on dog lost and asked if a dog that was picked up in Ayr on the 30th of sept could have been him, I've e-mailed her back saying no it can't be him. It was nice of her to answer so quickly and to look on dog lost :T.

I'm going to spend the evening googling companies in the area and emailing them details, if they've already been contacted then no harm done - better twice than not at all

I have srtared emailing all the hotels in the area as well. It cant hurt can it. I am also asking them to check out buildings as well.
