    No news I'm afraid :(

We've emailed the Paul O Grady show again. I contacted them to try and thank everyone who is supporting us in our search. Hopefully they'll broadcast something this time on Sunday :)

I think we all know and appreciate that. Sazzy, you should be proud of yourself for your unstinting efforts to bring Ruaridh home.

Don't know what people think about this..but a friend of a friend went to a psychic last night, and used some of her personal appointment talking about Ruars.

She showed the medium Ruars photo, and the lady said ''this dog is still alive, he's in a barn in the country being cared for' but that's really all she said. Said she's taking the photo away to work on, and will phone me.

Now- I'm not a believer, but I SO want to. It's strange the straws you'll grasp..

Thanks everyone for the continuing support and messages.

I had an Aunt who was a medium and she said so many things over the years that just could not be explained any other way than psychic ability.

Lets hope she is right and can give you enough pointers to find Ruars.

Bless your friend for using her time in this way!

Still here hoping to read good news soon. My laptop broke so i've pretty much been offline since November but had been reading this thread on a BlackBerry. I too believe in psychics, my Dad does tarot readings & things he has said have come true, too many things to just be co oincidence. I am still sure he will return x

Sorry to hear your dog is lost Aileen. Please don't give up hope.
It wasn't your dog but I found a dog who had sprinted off when a firework went off. He'd been on his own for 2 days. He had no collar and wasn't chipped. Luckily for him we reunited him with his owners who were beside themselves with worry. If we hadn't been able to do that, I would've kept him safe and warm. I'm sure whoever has found your dog will do the same. He looks so lovely, people would just want to look after him.
I really hope you are reunited soon.

I went to a medium a few times who told me things no-one else could have known. I know some people say that they 'read; your mind and pick up on things you have said to bring those into the conversation to make people think they are genuine, but this one told me things that I had completely forgotten about and didn't even know what they were talking about until I thought about it some time later.
You hear of mediums helping the police track people down, so it is certainly possible that the medium is speaking the truth, lets hope she gets back to you soon with some good news which helps you to find him.
If some kind person found an elderly, well cared for dog who was obviously lost, its quite reasonable to think that they would keep it safe until its owner was found, like the lady that found the dalmation type, although that was a younger one. It sounds as though it may be on a farm with the person saying it was in a barn.
To be honest, if it wasn't for coming on here and reading the thread, I would know nothing of Ruars being lost, I'm not in your area, I don't buy newspapers, not on Facebook and don't watch live tv. So its quite possible that the person looking after him doesn't know anything of your anguish.
It must give you some peace of mind to have been told that he's being cared for and that ties in with the fact that there has been no bad news and no sightings of him living wild.

Hope he's got a nice warm bed in this cold weather.

Come on home old boy, your mum needs you!!
