    Thank you all again.

Stacey thanks for tweeting. I don't have a twitter account..or if I did, I can't remember how to work the thing.

I'll be printing new posters tomorrow at work.

The old boy has been in my head all day today..probably because it's been snowing-he so loves the snow. Instead of saying 'Bruce' I've been saying Ruaridh's name..and funnily enough so has Sean. Alan has been very quiet, which isn't like him.

I wish he was here, rummaging amongst the parcels under the tree. With his family. BUT..if I can keep it in my head that he's toasting himself in front of an old biddys fire, eating the best of grub, and being adored-then I can just hang on. I wish I could describe the thoughts that have been going through my head the past 6 weeks, but they've been so scattered-I can't. Sometimes I'm convinced he's with someone, then I switch to thinking bad things. It's not a good place to be.

But again, I want to thank everyone for their support, and if you can find the time please light a candle at http://www.gratefulness.org/candles/candles.cfm?l=eng&gi=RUARS I know some people will find it silly, but someone set it up for Ruars and it means so much to Alan..

    xx
Oh yes, the nosing of the presents, and if not enough attention was paid, also the bringing in of them too.
My late dog loved pulling crackers as well.
The nosing and fetching is possibly a gun dog trait.

I am hopeful of him being flushed out over Christmas for reasons I stated before. Xx

I've lit a candle and said a heartfelt prayer for Ruaridh's safe and happy return before Christmas.

Yes, I'm getting annoyed now. Of course I can see the candles, but how do I light one?
In the Catholic Church I pay to light a candle, but I cannot see any instructions.

Just click on any of the unlit candles and follow the instructions that come up (not many and really simple)

sazz, stop thanking me. I'm a dumbo who can't even light a candle. Tell Alan, good thing there is no immediate threat of war, cause I can't find how to light a candle, let alone find my way to the nuclear shelter!
