...and you just say it is a bit of banter. That is equally annoying (apart from being plain wrong).
Does the story of the nurse in the link above not mean anything to you? It is about the victim's perception of the abuse, not yours. If you were going into work every day, being called nob head (assuming you don't already) and when you complain, are abused further, don't you think it would start to wear you down just a little after a while? And if it did, don't you think you are entitled to expect the support of your employer in dealing with it? Well I do, and if you don't, then I feel very, very sorry for you.0 -
I am sure if you called your boss a nob head you'd get the sack surely0

You really shouldn't be feeling sorry for me because I live in the real world where friends call each other nob heads and tit heads and all sorts of other friendly names. If you think it's abuse and bullying, then it's a good job our paths don't cross, as you live in a politically correct and seemingly boring world that I don't visit.0

He's just having a bit of banter with you
If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0 -
IF you work in a fun place. It's work, not a funfair! It's not professional as they are your boss.scheming_gypsy wrote: »why? what's so wrong about calling your boss a nob head if you work in a fun place0 -
