LMAO, well I know they aren't mine because none of the clips were broken
Seriously though, before I bid I did a bit of digging and the guy is breaking an 07 plate Astra, he had quite a few other bits like bumpers etc in the same colour so I was reasonably certain they weren't dodgy0 -
Final update.....Compensation in excess of £700 was awarded to a dozen motorists after ******* admitted stealing plastic mirror covers off their cars.
Magistrates heard the majority of the vehicles involved were Vauxhall Astras.
******, aged 41, of **********, pleaded guilty to just one offence of stealing plastic mirror covers off a Vauxhall Astra but he asked for 11 other offences to be taken into consideration.
The magistrates imposed a two month curfew order from 7pm and 7am which will be electronically monitored and told the defendant that he must pay compensation totalling more than £700 to the vehicle owners affected by his action.
******** also admitted failing without a reasonable cause to surrender to the court as soon as practicable on December 8.
We have been awarded £122.68p. Payable by the thief to the court then to us. 50p a week for the foreseeable future I imagine but nice to have closure.0 -
Good. Serves the cheating scum right.
Well done on catching the little **** with the camera however seeing as the cost of that kit is a loss caused by his thievery, maybe you could also sue him for the recovery of that cost and the stress and lost time of installing etc.0 -

Yep, shocked me a bit as well, he didn't look that old on the CCTV, his accomplice certainly wasn't that old.0
