We had a little bit more money paid to us on Friday which covers the payment to the last of our creditors for this month at least, so I may update my signature again later.

Congrats on the siggy update Pinot I remember a bean type crumble thing my Mum used to make when I was little, was like a cottage pie but had beans in to bulk it out and a crumbly top mmmm

I thought OMG only 80.74 to take it down to the next thousand. I love celebrating.

I am OK thanks. Stilll working on eating from the freezer. Trying to save towards car service, that is my next challenge.

Wow !! I hadn't noticed that HH, now I'm all excited ! I will pay some more to the tax man later, so maybe by midnight I will have hit that target ! :j

Nigellas Beef , beans and pasta with a few added extras tonight in the end with chilli sauce. Decided against a beany type pie as DD2 had friend staying for dinner, well all night actually and wasn't sure if she would eat some of my strange offerings. She demolished tonights dinner though and asked for seconds. Desert is some Aldi ice cream I picked up the other week. Watched Come Dine with Me while I was cooking, one of the guys was a fishmonger and served up the most gorgeous looking fishy canap!s and lovely champagne !! It looked so lovely Only £88K to go and I can have some too !!!

DD2 and mad friend decided today to make Fresh lemonade and cookies. I was saving the lemons for a cake, but no more !

I have serious concerns for these two as you would think its the height of summer !! They raided my garage for a posh jug to serve their lemonade in, complete with some cocktail straws and umbrellas they found lurking in the back of the cupboard . They made some cookies, then wrapped up warm and took it all out into the garden to play in the snow ! They found a piece of wood which they balanced no the body of the now headless snowman and made a see saw , they then balanced with their plastic wine glasses full of lemonade and had an absolute whale of a time !

Best things in life are free as they say !!:rotfl:

Having just read brizzleds diary, I will dust down an old decanter that been gathering dust for many years and serve them their posh drinks from that later !

I think you should call it Pinot's Beef, beans and pasta. I'm wondering whether one of the added extras was some Pinot. :rotfl: I imagine not.

Actually I think you have hit on plan there bonnington, Pinots Beef, beans and Pasta it is from now on. There is a sneaky bit of red slopped in every now and then funnily enough, but I'm sure Nigella would understand if I came clean that I may have hijacked and possibly ruined her recipe !!! :rotfl:
