Thanks Kerri,
My PPI claims and bank charges were more along the lines of...you knew we were self employed, you forged our signature, knew we had difficulties, you still charged .......pay up !!:rotfl:
This one is taking more thought. You are right thought bullet points is the way to go, so much has gone on that I am getting in a pickle with it. Its so frustrating as usually I would just type it without giving it a second thought, print it and get it in the post.
My brain needs some serious sorting out just now !! :mad:LBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

And don't forget I'm with Mrs B on the nagging front.....I think it's the endowment claim we're nagging about. I know you thought the guy telling you to cash it in was nice - but remember sales people are 'nice' that's how they earn their commission! You need that money back, please write the letter.I'm guessing it's similar to the PPI claim. I just put a list in date order of the things, seemed easiest. You want quick bullet points as they're easier to read & refer to than a big long-winded paragraph. Short, punchy things to get the point acrossThen you can say "I refer to point 1a. of my previous letter..." when you write to them in future
Yes, go with bullet points, you can always go into further detail if requested.Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30

Oh my, I honestly cant believe how dim I have been this morning over this whole letter malarkey.
All I need to do is change the order around of the hardship rules, into the order in which they happened to us or affected us and Bobs Your Uncle. Why I thought I had to write it as per the template is anyones guess. What is wrong with me these days ?!! :rotfl:
Off to get typing again now.....byeeee xxLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

Not one of my better letters and probably far to long, but hey I had alot to say. Hopefully they will get bored after the first page, read no further and just think..........lets give this woman her money back or else she may inflict more of these letters on us !!

DD1 is crazy about photography and cameras, I may have mentioned that before.
She was given an old Polaroid last year to add to her collection and was thrilled . It didn't come with a film and at the time they weren't really within our budget so we told her that sadly she would have to wait.
She has been so patient , as over a year has passed and I must confess to forgetting about the film entirely. While she waited she lovingly took photos of the camera (with another camera) and posted them on Inst@gr@m looking all old and vintagey and arty farty
She called me in her lunch hour on Monday and asked would it be possible for me to finally order a film for her as she wanted to take some Polaroids for her GCSE Art Coursework. The film on Amazon was £20 for 8 shots . I promised her I would think about it but whilst doing so I had a brainwave and remembered Dd1 had been brought a £25 Amazon gift voucher last Christmas that she hadn't spent yet . After checking with her we decided to pay with the Gift card. She was over the moon.:j
Postie arrived today while I was working, I wandered downstairs to open the post while on the phone. The film had arrived, I knew that DD1 would be so excited !
The dilemma I now have is that I then immediately forgot all about it until now! I forgot to even mention it to DD1 when she got hone tonight. I feel so bad as she was exhausted and down in the dumps and pretty teary which she is a lot these days and it would have really cheered her upI thought I would creep into her room and leave it by her bed as a surprise for when she wakes in the morning, but do you think I can find the blasted thing?
I have absolutely no idea where on earth I have put it. I have spent the last half an hour hunting high and Lo but it's knowhere to be found. I have even trawled through the bin in the kitchen, just incase.Yuk ! . I am so angry with myself.
Whoever has stolen my brain, please give it back to me as I am beginning to miss it !! :rotfl:LBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !
