:jHere you are, Pinot - your magic hat awaits at New Leaf's. It sounds as though you are in dire need of your very own magic hat. Please be aware, though, that it's magic powers are finite, so you must only use it when you really, really need some magic. I suggest that you sit yourself down this evening with a nice glass of your name sake, put your feet up and don the magic hat for half an hour or so (just so it knows that you are it's mistress) Your luck will start to change immediately and it will set you up nicely for the weekend:j
Hello dot !
Well on your advice, upon arriving home at a quarter to midnight, there before me on the doormat sat a beautiful shiny magic hat. I swiftly poured a cold glass of PG (my first this week I add , as I am giving up Monday to Thursday! ) popped on the magic hat and patiently waited ! At 12.01am as the hat began to glow upon my very fuzzled head it appeared that I have now taken ownership of said hat and will store it carefully until it is needed next. In the meantime I trust that it has bestowed it's magic ness (hmm no such word I fear) upon me for the weekend !
Thankyou so much Dot for this fabulous gift xLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

Slow Cookers and I usually go well together HH. Now I need Mr PG to actually be in the vicinity and a mealtime and wanting to eat ( he s currently cutting back ) to see if this will do the trick ! XxLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

Oh, I know you understand Mrs B , it a real pain. We did speak when I got home late last night, but it didn't go well I'm afraid.
Hope the G&T helped those stresses of the week disappear, you must be shattered.
I have had no vino in the house all week , I actually haven't missed it.
Although I did enjoy my one glass last night, it was Friday after all.
I will be changing my name soon to Mrs Tap Water 42 ! XLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

Hope you manage to have a good weekend. My top tip to help you is MAKE UP WITH MR P!! He's a good 'un, he works hard, he loves you all to bits and even if you're carrying the heavy end for much of the time he must be pretty knackered with it all too. Oh I know Mrs Happy. He is a Good Un, I love him to bits and I know he does us too. He works so ridiculously hard, we both get stressed out and take it out on each other then we both end up upset.
Manchester was cancelled so he hasn't had to go, he has been working all day and still is , on the the Contract Job but he is home. I have run around with the girls all day , been out buying birthday presents etc. had houseful of teenage girls beautifying themselves for a party. Had a Hair crisis when they couldn't work the tongs so had a queue of girls waiting for me to curl their Hair for them. I am as bad a hair dresser as a cook I can tell you, but they seemed happy with my efforts . Just dropped them all off, DD2 still very poorly is snuggled in her onesie, I have poured a glass of the cold stuff and will now turn my attention to Culinary Delights!LBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !
