I wanted to let you know, I know I'd said I was going to start running, well I tried and after the first session got the most horrific cold I was off work for two days, how typically me!
I waited until I was better again and I'm now almost finished my third week of the programme I'm following. I run three times a week building it up in bursts, so thank you (I know you're going to ask why haha) because I knew that I'd told you all I was going to do it so it really really made me. I'm actually starting to enjoy it now *shhh* haha!
Its ok your secrets safe with me !! I wont tell a soul !!

DD1 told tonight by the dance teacher that due to her missing various lessons and rehearsals due to my operation in the summer and her own problems with her neck and emergency hospital appointment last week , that she must "Redeem Herself "
Who would say this to a child knowing full well the circumstances behind her absences ? There havent been that many I drove in agony to make sure she attended as many lessons as possible and she has also attended classes when she has been in pain.
In order to redeem herself and get herself back in favour she has been told she must teach two other class members all of the steps to a dance that they are performing for a show next March by next Thursdays Lesson. When exactly is that supposed to happen ?
I am hopping mad..............
If I tell Mr Pinot when he comes back tomorrow he will go round there and bang on her door for an explanation. This is the latest in a long line of general insults aimed at DD1 .
Not sure whether to tell him or not . DD1 doesnt want me to ring her as the last remark a few weeks ago finished with " and dont go running to your mummy at the end of the lesson ..........."

I was going to suggest leaving it but the comment at the end is not appropriate for anyone to make let alone a teacher. Grrrr it's people like her that give teachers a name for bullying and under mining children's confidence.
Is she self employed or is there anyone you can bring up complaints about her conduct? Can DD1 see if anyone else has had comments like this made? If DD1 is being expected to teach then surely that means the teacher has failed.
Sorry about the soapbox there things like this really get to me and can have very long lasting impacts.HSBC CC - £3000 / £3000
