We have come to the conclusion that BT has named this super duper new service Infinity as that is the length of time for us to actually receive it, but yesterday we received a phone call from an engineer confirming that we were now up and running. Unfortunately as they called Mr Pinot who is out of the country , despite us askign them time and time again to call me not him, he couldnt check their claims, and I wasnt home at the time. Weirdly though jsut 5 mins later, India called him and apologised as they are apparently still working on it. Another confimrationt hat left hand has no idea what right hand is doing. . But I can now confirm that we are up and running. Mr Pinot fired ff a basic letter of complaint to the CEO last night, and I will get writing the long winded super detailed complaint in the week .

I think I will now chain myself to the desk for the next month getting up to speed with the diary and reading the 3050 emails that have just downloaded

Do you know what....... I think you may have just set me a challenge re the dishwasher tablets, DD1 is always up for a bit of fun. I will get her to get practising those cataogue poses now , just for your entertainment !! Jwil what are you going to do with yours if you have no dishwasher either ?!!

Hello to everybody, you wont get rid of me now I am up and running again. :D

Not got time to post properly now, I will do another boringly long update later on today hopefully xx

Hi Lucielle, how are you doing ?

We havent got much further with that as yet, again due to lack of internet really. They didnt respond to us with any offer of payment by the requested date and nor did they get their so called Advisors to contact us either which was no great surprise obviously. The next step was the solciitors LBA letter, but that hasnt been sent yet simply because we were limited with our internet access etc. We decided to send the letters to the trading address, registered office address as before and also to the home addresses of the directors, but I haden't been able to locate those without the internet. I didnt really want to ask the solciitor to do that as although at the moment they are working for us for free, I didnt want to push my luck asking them to do simple tasks such as address searches. It does appear that they have acted illegally and we will be threatening to report them to various people, its all very complicated and certainly something else we seem to be learning more about by the day in the legallities of either dissolving or liquidating a company. I am hoping this week to get the ball rolling again on this one and hit them with the letter before the end of the week hopefully. I have a funny feeling though that they are currently working abroad int he same place as Mr Pinot and keep expecting him to call to say he has bumped into them, which would be interesting!!

I will keep everyone updated with this.

I am knee deep in royal icing at the moment trying to assist with the Olympic Structure DD2 is making, the kitchen looks like a bomb has been dropped, but its coming along nicely ! xx
