Whoop whoop, I have just discovered I can log into next doors wifi malarkey whilst sitting in bed with a glass of my fave! How amazing is that?!

So, as far as a mammoth update goes, it's been so long since I posted I honestly can't really remember much about what's been going on!

I have updated you on the squirrel situation, the ramp is still in place for him should he still be in the guttering.

Oh, I know, Mr Pinot and I escaped didn't we after our 2 disastrous weeks !! Well we finally arrived at our fave campsite about 7pm last Saturday. We had rammed his car full of basic camping gear( we usually take a trailer and the big tent) We unpopped the girls red tent much to their disgust when we told them we were escaping with their as yet unused tent! We lit the campfire, poured the vino, cooked up a few sausages and just chilled out. It was perfect! It's our favourite place to camp, we first went about 7 years ago and when we arrived this year the owners cracked open a welcome bottle of Sauvignon for us to all share which was lovely. Mr Pinot hadn't wanted to go because as you all know I m not sleeping well , but my philosophy was that I can't sleep at home, so it can't get any worse! I didn't sleep too bad actually although I did take some emergency only tablets the doctor had given me, but overall I did pretty well. We woke early Sunday to a beautiful day. The owners made us bacon sarniesfor brekkie and the plan was to sling everything back in the car and head home to collect the girls. I didn't want to leave and was enjoying the peace and quiet and sunshine. We had to get home for the girls but managed to convince Mr Pinot to leave the tent, head home, get loads of jobs done then head back up early evening ,this time with the girls and take them out of school for a sneaky sicky on Monday. They were delighted! The only problem was where we're we going to put the children as we had only pitched the tiny tent?

We decided to think on it and picked them up from their v arious sleepovers and head home. That afternoon I received a call from Rockwell DCA who apparently have taken over the Wescot debt due to my supposed non payment. They were actually incredibly helpful. I explained that I had been paying Wescot each month and that the debt amount passed to Rockwell was incorrect. I alo explained that until I received something in writing from wescott sorting out the payments that I had made and also that they no longer had an interest in the debt I would not be paying Rockwell. They were fine and understanding for now a t least and we have agreed on the 26th June to speak again in the hope that my dispute with Wescot over payments will have been resolved. Happy that this was dealt with, we threw a few bits in the car for the girls having remembered an old two man tent we could take with us. The plan being ( in my head at least , that I would sleep with One of the girls and Mr Pinot with the another incase of any Nutters Lurking at the campsite.

Off we went via the hospital for my MRI, that went ok except I had difficulty in lying down, results through next week hopefully. Unfortunately whilst I was in the hospital, Mr Pinot discovered that tent number 2 that we had packed was missing the tent poles which then resulted in a manic Sunday afternoon mission at 4.30 for him to buy a very cheap tent to get us through the night. He came up trumps with the tiniest pop up tent ever ! But in true Pinot Style we made it, late as ever ..............but...........and there had to be a but didn't there, upon opening the boot discovered that the contents of an entire bottle of washing up liquid that had been thrown in upside down at the last minute had leaked everywhere incl all over coats , sleeping bags etc. I have to say , after everything that had been going on Mr Pinot well and truly threw his teddies out of the cot, with everything being thrown out of the boot covered in sticky gloop and all over the field. It took sometime and a couple of beers and the invitation to a cook out with the owners and some fellow campers to calm him down ! Free food and drink all night though, so I can't complain. After toasting marshmallows on the fire with the girls , the next debate began as they wanted to sleep in the tiny pop up together, not with me and Mr Pinot. Being completely neurotic and concerned as I had noticed dd1 appeared to have attracted an awful lot of attention from young male campers, I refused to allow this, but they wore me down. :( in my concerned state when the girls were settled in their tent which was as close to mine as I could possibly get it, I set about laying various trip hazards for any potential Nutters out to steal my girls from me. For some reason Mr Pinot found my antics very amusing. A strategically placed wheelbarrow, buckets full of noisy cutlery, Empty wine bottles all surrounded their tent as well as surrounding them with chairs and pegging the entrance to their tent down so they had no escape. I then sat up in bed keeping guard and listening out for mad people all night long !! They still won't let me live it down! Oh and Mr Pinot fixed the wireless for the campsite while we were there, it hadn't worked in two years, so our pitch was free for both nights saving us £44.00 :j

So it was a fun start to the week, only marred really by the ongoing BT saga, the Wescot / Rockwell issues to resolve and Marks and Spencer who despite my speaking to them recently when they requested a review , and them agreeing the payments for another 3 months they have written a very nasty letter stating that I am ignoring them which is total rubbish, so I need to set about some more letter writing.

I have also written to direct line requesting they refund the cost of the boiler repairs less the excess, but was pretty annoyed to realise last week that we actually had boiler cover with our bank account and had we called them could have claimed the total cost.

Waiting for a response from eurocarparts re complaint about delivery of brake parts and requesting compensation. I will do same re windscreen and again with BT if they ever resolve this mess.

What else? Mr Pinot working abroad now until the end of June. :A with no broadband and therefore no Skype we have been unable to speak to him. :(

I'm sure there's loads more to tell but will bore you all to death !

Need to update my signature as I paid some more off of the tax bill and also received cheque for £583.00 from Natwest re credit card charges , that's heading for the very depleted full and final fund.

Oh MBNA wrote to me re PPI claim stating they had no info on the account in question despite them providing me with all the information I needed in the SAR I received from them , which was all copied and included in with the claim! Daft people !

Right I'm going to hit the sack now.

If I can get this signal tomorrow I can start to catch up on your diaries.

Hope you all enjoyed Jubliee Weekend, I'm feeling a little guilty as we didn't really celebrate. :o

Well today's news is that BT still haven't fixed the Internet. They apparently called Mr Pinot yesterday and advised him that today is bank holiday and that department isn't working today ! Funny how we told three different people that last week when they insisted it would be fixed today , and they assured us they were working despite the bank holiday! They have now promised all will be sorted by Thursday, Wednesday obviously doesn't exist as far as BT are concerned!

Other than that I swear I haven't stopped , got in the car at 11.30 for the stables and been playing at Mums Bus ever since. Doesnt help that I have run out of one type of tablets which I can't get over the counter and I'm really noticing it in my back, but life goes on, I'm not going to feel sorry for myself though . Got to go back out in 15 mins to collect DD1 then drop a friend of Dd2 home and then I Am going on strike I think, although the washing and ironing are calling my name, I will try my best to ignore it !

Just spoken to Mr Pinot for first time since he left, the job he is working on appears to be a Bit of a Shambles so he is fed up. Only 3 more weeks to go and he will be outta there !

Hope everyone's days have gone well x
