I only use the app so not sure about the website, sorry.
My Local WHsmith are always polite but insist on having the code to type in the till, which is fair enough. I know the regular weekday staff now

I was surprised that you can use the codes at the Self Service machines in WHSmiths. After you scanned your items just press 'Key in Code' and add the codes.2020 Mortgage-Free Wannabes #20 £1495.03/£2760 OP0

that happened to me earlier this year! i contacted o2 priority on twitter & they told me to email PMSupport@o2.com stating that i couldn't use my thank you voucher with my mobile number & email assigned to my number. They said that they would add to the next batch but that never happened so i emailed again & they took £15 off my next phone billBootsalebargains wrote: »I got a voucher for £10 thank you for being with O2 did 1 year but when I went to use it it said limit had been reached. Not happy as if it was my free gift it should have had a limit set on it
i hope you can get your thank you sorted

I'm surprised too, given the codes are generic people could just keep going back for more! No wonder they're always running out! Explains why some of the higher value products are behind the till though.0 -

Lucky I've never been thanked for being with o2 been with them about 9 years.Did get a voucher though for a signal went down so that makes up for it. I never noticed until people told me it was down so used voucher to get money off my mobile so only cost me 6.99:)0 -

I was surprised too as I had queued up to go to checkout and the guy said use self-service so i explained i had a voucher and he just showed me how to do it.
I then did a similar thing with the book...I've got into the habit of taking pics before I go in the store as I always seem to lose the offer and so far have had no problems but we'll see if anything changes.2020 Mortgage-Free Wannabes #20 £1495.03/£2760 OP0 -
