I had the pens and book from WH Smith on my phone on Monday. However the pens disappeared later that day. I got the book today and some Thorntons chocolates. Just looked at my phone and the pens have reappeared this evening?
I had one for Halfords for a bike lock and bike lubricant and when I went in they said I could only have one or the other. I sent a message to O2 about it today

Got the pens and book today, great as we've a holiday coming up. I like the sound of more freebies, hope they are before my holiday through!:)

I've tried deleting & reinstalling the app but it doesn't seem any different. The guy in the 02 shop said that it was Blackberry's fault for not updating the apps quicker.

Ironically if I'd gone to the assistant in WHSmiths that served me the other day she would have put it though as we'd already had a conversation about it.

I got a voucher for £10 thank you for being with O2 did 1 year but when I went to use it it said limit had been reached. Not happy as if it was my free gift it should have had a limit set on it

Hi I think they were just trying it on. Probably jealous. It's surprising how some sales assistants are.

well u can have both offers or even all 3 offers at the same time..as long as u have the code... I wont budge if have the codes and I will get them all together!!
