Be aware that with the 'free service' they'll replace any parts that don't look brand new and then charge you horrifically inflated prices for the parts.

Got my book yesterday from Smiths but they knew nothing about the pens and didn't even stock them.

I went in with my code on screen as the network is lost in the shop, but they had run out of the pens. They said it was no good writing the code down as "anyone can do that". So even if they are back in stock tomorrow, I cannot get them as the code says redeemed :mad:

Well at least u manged to get the code up... I tried on my 2 phones at 3.30pmish and it said that the offer could not be found , even though I had saved it!!! And this Whsmiths did have the pens!!

was this on the 02 priority moments website never saw it but then again only been on today must go on it more often.

When I picked up my pens & book they didn't even take my code. I got to the till and my phone was playing up and she recognized me from other promotions and got me the stuff ready. Finally got the app to open and she didn't even take the codes?

It seems that different branches of WHSmiths treat people very differently when it comes to these codes!
