I saved the pens..but it said couldnt find the offer when I got there to use it...plus on my other fones that I didnt save the offer the night b4, its not showing.. whsmiths said they had plenty of pens but needed the code b4 I could have them!!1

This afternooon I had the code refused at WHSmiths for the pens. Seems that they have now been told that if your code/screen isn't flashing then they can't accept it. Problem is the codes have never done that on my Blackberry.

Went to the 02 shop and they said the only thing I could try was reloading the app and if not hard luck. :mad:

I had the same problem getting the pens on my blackberry, my code wasnt flashing and they refused it but luckily it started to flash as i was walking out the shop! It was the first time they had said to me that it had to be flashing to be valid.

Thats only because people have been taking screen shots and using the offer more than once...

i almost picked up the thorntons chocs............. but saw the queue and decided to stick with my free aero bubbles a rep had given me outside the store :rotfl:

got the pens today & the lady asked me if i had the code to get the book too i told her it had disappeared from my phone yesterday even though i hadn't used it & she said to check again & it was back on there!! how weird it wasn't there when i went in the shop!! lol
