I was looking at a treadmill and contacted her about it, had a few replies and it seemed to be too good to be true - so I googled her and voila this thread appeared! Thanks to all the contributors hopefully this will help someone else out as well! I have copied and pasted her responses below:

Of course, nothing goes according to planUnfortunately I've just got called into the office so very busy till next week, hectic lifestyle. However, back at work we have some shipments for large items with parcelforce all week long. Just thought it would save you time and hassle if I'll send it along with them free of charge hihi company benefits
.
I asked around and it seems you can pay cash upon delivery/inspection. It's quite simple since they're able to wait for you to check it out, if not as described they can just void the shipment with no extra charge.
If that's alright with you I'll need a name, address, contact number and also date&time suitable for the delivery.
Second option - if you want to pop in and collect you'll have to wait till next week or so when hopefully I'll get my head around.
Let me know either way. No need to worry If my reply is delayed since I'm just having fun working long hours ... or not)

Sorry you got scammed rushers22. I got a refund from UKASH. Here's what to do:.
I reported the scam to action fraud the very same day I got taken for hard cash two weeks ago. I also immediately sent a refund application to UKASH with the action fraud crn reference, stating I thought they had been negligent to allow it go on for so long, ect... as i have explained in my previous posts. Within two weeks I received a refund from UKASH.
Take the time to report it to action fraud online at their site. The form is endless but worth the trouble as you will be taken seriously. Then fill in a UKASH refund claim in the same manner as I did. You can download a paper form from their site . UKASH will look at it and you might get a refund, but do it immediately.
More people need to take the same action, and perhaps UKASH will change their voucher policy and this scam will end.0 -

Hi,
I got scammed a couple of weeks ago and didn't report it to UKASH as I saw it as my own stupid fault. Should I try to claim or would it be pointless now?
Thanks0 -
Yes!
Definitely report it. The more people who take the time to report it, the bigger the case file will be and the more likely someone somewhere will take it seriously and shut this operation down.
FWIW, the scale of this, I have doubts it's just one person doing it, and quite possible a gang. Given that gangs often engage in other criminal activities like drugs and terrorism I am perplexed as to why this seems to be carrying on, seemingly without much investigation from authorities. That said, for all we know they could well be honing in on the persons responsible and just biding time to build a case against them.Either way, I hope they're living well on the money they're scamming because I hear it's not such great living in prison.
I do think the more people who report this, the more chance this will get stopped."So long and thanks for all the fish" :hello:0 -

I reported it to Gumtree and the fraud line straight away but was intrigued to hear that someone had put in a claim through UKASH and succeeded in getting their money back. I hadn't bothered to do this because I didn't think I'd have a chance. I'd be interested to know if anyone else had managed to get their money back through UKASH, its the first time I heard of anyone succeeding and didn't think it would be possible.0 -

Do it. What do you have to lose? I didn't expect a refund, but I made it clear I thought they could have done more to stop the scam. As others have mentioned, the more people that file claims with UKASH and Action Fraud, the bigger the case file gets, and something gets done. It must be pretty fat by now anyway...0 -
