Red Star Call for PPI
Comments

Apparently my former trust deed passed over active ppi claims onto Red Star when my trust deed ended. TSB paid out last October and now I’ve been hit with a bill for £745, I haven’t signed anything with them and am angry that trust deed passed anything onto them without telling me. I don’t know if I should pay this bill.0

You need to dispute this with the trust deed and the firm - if the people who did the trust deed did a PPI complaint on your behalf using a third party, they should be paying the fee. Don't pay unless you have to e.g. a CCJ, but don't ignore it eitherMagsMac51 said:Apparently my former trust deed passed over active ppi claims onto Red Star when my trust deed ended.
