Good girl!! My ex came round on Saturday to pick all his things up. I hoped I looked good in an 'I haven't really bothered kind of way', the house looked all cosy and tidy, I had music blaring out on the kitchen radio and I was busying myself cleaning my DD's school shoes. I just didn't want to buckle.....It's not how far you fall - it's how high you bounce back.... :jHappiness is not a destination - it's a journey

Well you know - some people are just nice.
And it wouldn't surprise me if I was the same...(at least for a while)
well yes... I exaggerate (not unusual
) out of annoyance at cheeky trollop making friend feel bad.If it's good enough, you may not get an answer --
Am having visions of DFW community transformation project... Extreme Van Makeover... resulting (hot pink?) Lula-mobile heads for sunset with Martin's face on the spare wheel and fab shoes piled in the back windscreen...

Bonsoir bonsoir tous,
nice work girls on looking effortlessly fab & busy for the exes, keep it up & it will help you through the bleak moments.
Rosa, I was going to suggest guardian soulmates ... but with Mr. Cheery on there I'm now thinking perhaps not :rotfl:
I'll be honest, bad spelling would put me off right away, and don't even get me started on txt spk. It just makes me wonder what other things they might not be bothered to do properly _pale_. Love the community camper van idea too
I'll definitely give it another go at some point, because even though I did meet some funny characters who I didn't want to see again, as Souk said, it was fun, the anticipation, getting out & meeting new pople & then having a laugh with friends about it afterwards
.
I've been very frugal again today; NSD 10
. I had to go to a meeting at the school this evening & as it's only about a mile away, I walked. It was lovely to be marching along in the extremely fresh air in the evening & I got some free exercise too so I'll claim that as my fabulous bit of the day.
Home-job is now all done for the week :j& only one more day to go at work-job.
It's late so I'm off to sleep now
G'night

NSD 10!!!!!! I'm impressed and envious Lula. Sorry I haven't posted on your diary recently but been busy but have been following your adventures, or should that be misadventures when it comes to dating!

Exaggerate? Shurely not...

Unfortunately when the Lula-mobile hits a bump - or a Nilot Noctor - all those stilletos are going to become lethal missiles. Like CamperVan of the Flying Daggers - but in pink...Rosa, I was going to suggest guardian soulmates ... but with Mr. Cheery on there I'm now thinking perhaps not :rotfl:
Why not - he may be her ideal match too. He may be God's gift to women after all...

Wut? U no lik txt spk? Wuts mater wif it?
And that was way harder that it should have been. My inner speel chicker was screaming in horror..."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)
