Generally a nice white would go merrily with Salmon. SUch as a chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc or Voignier

    Hello,

Ok, it's been 3 months now and we haven't used it once what with all of this meal planning and oven chips. Even not being able to use the oven and grill at the same time hasn't forced me to use the fryer so it's time to get rid of it.

Question is what do I do with the oil (it won't go solid) and where do I get rid of the fryer?

    Thanks :D

Pour the oil into a bottle and take it to your recycling centre. They should have facilities for disposal. Edit - if it's still fit you can sieve out any bits and use it for shallow frying.

Freecycle for the fryer  It'll probably go very easily.

It's me again. The grout in our bathroom looks rather erm, lets say grubby. I was going to buy some whitener but it's 9 quid a bottle. Any old fashioned/cheaper remedies please?
    Thanks.

    Just a quickie ;)

Can you freeze cooked risotto? I'm cooking a chicken and pea risotto for dinner and want to knwo if it's worth doing my usual "bulk cooking" and making enough for 4 instead of 2 people :) If it can't be frozen then there is no point in making extra :)

    Hi

I regularly freeze risotto. Sometimes needs a little liquid once reheating. But generally it's great.
