I am needing to clean out the bottom of the fridge as the drain has become blocked - how do I unblock it (I seem to remember reading somewhere that vinegar and bicarb would do it but not sure of quantities needed)?0

Hi
I have a wool coat which I managed to get fairy liquid on. I know it is great for getting rid of stains but does anyone have any tips on getting rid of it.
I have had it dry cleaned but they couldn't do anything.
Thanks in advance.
Cheers0 -

do you mean to unblock the drain hole? i usually poke it with a cotton bud!! i think i'm right in saying don't mix vinegar and bicarb as it stops them being effective. but i may be wrong!! a vinegar and water spray is good for cleaning the fridge as it is antibacterial too.Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -

Yeah, one is acidic and one is basic so they will cancel each other out really and prob also make a bad smell in your fridge and a big frothy mess. So I'd just use bicarbJust call me Nodwah the thread killer0 -
I'm not a lover of perfume but remember many years ago using a perfume called "Memoir Cherie" and another called "Blue Grass" by Elisabeth Arden
Is there anywhere I could get hold of either of these, I do keep an eye on Ebay but they never turn up0 -

Hopefully someone can help me with this please. I have three eggs but recipe needs four. Determined not to go to the shop for 1 egg (I'll end up buying other stuff)! I seem to remember you can substitute an egg for vinegar. Is this right? and if so is it one dessert spoonful or 1 tablespoonful? I use olive oil in muffins instead of marg and they come out lovely, so I guess it would workCC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. rach, I use melted butter in mine and they are delish! BTW, yesterday I had some broken bits of cornflakes (the end of the bag!) and I added those to the brownie mixture and they added a lovely bit of crunch so that's what I'll be doing with any leftovers in future.0
