Can someone please give me a link for a recipe for chicken soup.. I'm so sorry to be a pain but I have tried an advanced search but it keeps bringing me a list of threads that mention it, but no actual recipe.

Chicken soup - if you go to "Advanced search" you can search "titles only" for "chicken soup" - not so many results ;)

Hi any thoughts on what to do with a couple of chocolate muffins that have dried out too much to eat just as they are?

    thanks

Try this thread - uses for rock hard muffins.

Any suggestions on what I can do with my flapjack?

No matter what recipe I use, it comes out too dry & crumbly to cut into any kind of shape:o Likewise with the notorious Twinks.....sounds like a cop-out I know, but I've never been convinced the oven on this cooker has worked correctly. Fourteen years on, the roast STILL takes three hours for pork chops:D

Turn your dry and crumbly flapjack into a granola for breakfast with some dried fruit and milk / yoghurt?

cover your flapjacks with foil in the oven perhaps? or put greaseproof paper over the flapjacks in the oven to keep moisture in?

Sounds to me like not enough butter/syrup.

Not necessarily an OS question, but I know I'm more likely to get a sensible answer here :D. It might sound dim and obvious, but:

Can you put broken drinking glasses in the bottle bank?

Ours has always said not to. I think they may be a different kind / grade of glass, but not sure.

Sorry to bother with queries again, but does anyone have experience with dylon machine dyes? I want to dye white cotton blouses blue. Apparently you need quite a lot of salt. Just wondering if Tesco Value table salt will be okay?

Is it ok to freeze home-made fishcakes made with a tin of salmon ?

I can't for the life of me think why there would be any problem with tesco value table salt ... Does it have any added ingredients which aren't in more expensive table salt? I know they add an anti-caking agent sometimes, but wouldn't have thought that would make any difference, in the quantities in which it's likely to be present.

If in doubt, phone Dylon ...
