HELP ! I am so stupid sometimes ... I got a big batch of mushrooms, and threw them in the freezer whole. Now I have a load of small rocks and when I added one to my stew it came out like a giant rubber. What can I do with whole frozen mushrooms ??

Could you make a sort of ratatouille? Some onions, courgettes, tomatoes, aubergine, garlic and herbs. You can make an aubergine chutney, but I don't know the recipe and I think you might need more than one aubergine.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member # 593 - Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts!0 -
