I didn't try and change the T&Cs but they have conceded that they will either return the payment to me or have the markers removed, so happy days either way really. They have till 15 Nov to decide . . . . . .0

Can't believe that show some kind of proof.
I think you are making things up. The one person is not going to have so much problems in the life.
Look at other posts as well.0

If it says i may lose out on further claims i might risk it, if not i probably will not.0

Looks like you're absolutely determined to jump from one big mistake into an even larger one. Of course, they also monitor this site so when you email requesting what I've already told you they may well know who you are and dig deeper. When (rather, IF) they do send you the t&c from the point of order you'll make the huge progress of knowing that what I've already told you is precisely what it is!
Methinks you shouldn't be venturing into cashback deals, because you are stepping on a lot of mines - even those most novices manage to avoid!0

I feel I have put up with enough of your carp and holier than thow attitude junkie, I have mucked up and i accept that and have said so but was looking for help to get out of it.
You thinks i should not be venturing into cashback deals, I have been doing cashback deals for the best part of 10 years and from my recollection have lost out once, and that was when TMO went bust.
My error here was actually due to me closing one account and I mistakenly did not set up a new direct debit with T-Mobile, not exactly a novice mistake as you put it.
All the same I am still grateful for your advice, but not the way you give it.
Just want to check it's nothing to do with the fact I refused your offer some time ago to let you run the contract for me?0

If they return the money, than makes will apply again for non-payment later.0

It's not - I'm the same with everyone I waste time trying to help to no avail. Besides, had that been the case I would have simply left you to make further mistakes without wasting my time and effort trying to correct your planned course of action. Those I "run" heed my advice and don't slip up. You were quite confident that you know what you were doing with cashback deals and didn't need my help. It's apparent you still don't, despite having definitely lost claim number one and being on a self-destructive course to risk losing the rest as well.
As for The Mobile Outlet (for those you don't know what "TMO" stands for) going bust; I kept an eye on them for at least two years and never used them because it was plainly one of the worst dealers of all time. Only one or two others I can think of came close. I certainly wouldn't have taken any of the people I look after there and it's no surprise at all you lost money there. Had I used them I would have blamed myself for very bad judgement rather than infer it was no fault of my own.
You don't have to "put up" with what I say. It's plain I'm expending time on a lost cause so go in peace and see where you end up!0

have always found it best to print out the terms and conditions given during the checkout process, these can come in handy if you need to issue a MCOL.
PJB, these are the terms and conditions that matter to you, if you look for terms and conditions on their website or ask them to email your terms and conditions they will undoubtedly all be different which is where the confusion appears.
If you ask them for your terms and conditions they are not going to send you anything that will assist you with your claims.
This is why I do screen prints during the checkout process to ensure that I have enough proof/evidence to make sure that all my claims will succeed. ( and I always submit a claim the day after the relevant bill shows in my online accounts )
Personally I think you should forget the current claim and make sure everything is in place for the future claims.0
