Junkie, whilst i really do appreciate your advice there really is no need for all the CAPITALS and bold. There are reasons why this is banned on other forums.
Thanks again to everybody for all your advice.
Just found the T&C's, says it 'may' invalidate the claim etc:
To claim any payments due to you under your Cash-back and/or
 Redemption Deal:
 (i) you may be required to provide us with specific bills at specific times; and
(ii) you must ensure that all payments due from you under your Services
 Contract are up to date.
Failure to do so may invalidate your Cash-back and/or Redemption Deal
and you may no longer be entitled to claim any further payments.
Given I have some time I think i might email them and ask for their thoughts, however do i give them details (order no etc) i am minded to try and see what they say without first, although i suspect they may decline to comment without details.
Have given up on any chance of winning the it doesn't say when bill has to be paid given point ii) above.0

Good luck with that! given their response on something else I think you may need it - and regret it. However, although I only actually used bold for one VERY (God - capitals again!) important word - theirs, by the way -I will use bold now since my message is falling on deaf ears:-
The ONLY t&c which matter are the ones you signed up to. In fact, you are also (again) being very selective. I have bothered to write out the relevant condition from the t&c - not only that, but the ones in force when you actually ordered. If you wish to chance your arm and gamble four more claims to get one which you aren't now entiteld to, go right ahead. Maybe you'll get lucky - after all, it's your dime!
I have to confess; I'm not sure where you actually "found" the words you have quoted; it actually sounds like it comes from an even older set of t&c when they could void all claims if one failed for any reason.0

junkie they are from the original confirmation email i was sent that gave me a link:
 http://!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!/white_labels/shared/terms-conditions-25-01-2011.pdf
It says these are Updated on 17 January 2011, Goods and Service Terms and Conditions valid from 25/1/11, where are yours from?0
-
Mine are from the period between the end of january and June; I have orders from that period and the written t&c - there is no wording such as yours on those. Neither is it on the current t&c.
T&C in emails have always been misleading - and often contradictory - with CPW companies. You have a link, which I've never noticed or certainly used. When I attempt it now it comes up with a security warning - but interestingly in the address bar is uses the words "white labels" and "shared t&c". The actually wording doesn't say it would get round your problem in any case, but again - you haven't followed the ground rules so you know precisely what the t&c are without having to scratch around.
Sending an email gives them your email address; they should be able to trace your order if you've used it with them before. They aren't going to answer anyway without the order details - and then they are going to at the very least reject the claim anyway.
Unless the ghostly "Ben" decides to materialise and prove that I am unduly harsh and that they really are a good company who will even waive their own t&c in your case to prove to the world how generous they are - leave it alone and move on. I would instead concentrate on making sure you don't stuff up again.
IF "Ben" is lurking I'll give him a helping hand in displaying pure altruism; if I were them, I would not only refuse to pay this claim but all the rest as well once you brought it to my attention. After all, nowadays they have far fewer hurdles they can employ to reduce the amount of successful claims (at least, honest hurdles!) so it's better for the rest of us when a few stumble over those which remain!0

Are these from their website or did they send them to you, i have checked and they did not send me anything.
Would you be willing to send me a copy at all?
I would use a different email, but thanks for the warning;)0

As per my guide; at the point of sale. I have checked my emails either side or you order date and have no such link in either of them. Sorry, I wouldn't; I spend too much time helping people on here as it is - they are hard copy and it wouldn't get you anywhere in any case! What they state with regard to your situation is what I have quoted earlier. You are in a no-win situation; write it off and move on or risk losing the lot! Oh - and next time you contemplate doing a cashback deal make sure you do the legwork thoroughly (would use capitals but not sure it would do any good!).0
-
Because there is so much confusion I have always found it best to print out the terms and conditions given during the checkout process, these can come in handy if you need to issue a MCOL.
In fact it is wise to print/have as much paper evidence to give in court ( if necessary )0

Thanks guys, I am going to email them with my details and ask for a copy of the T&C's and also send the anonymous email and see what replies I get and make my final decision.
My confirmation email says half way through:
This order is subject to the terms and conditions of business that you agreed to either when placing your order online or when ordering over the phone. You can review these terms and conditions on our web site:
