What speeds re you getting?
What site are you testing the speed from?0 -
I've downloaded that speediest.net app
I'll check the home computer later today through BT0 -
I notice that my phone always gives slower download speeds than my laptop would when using the speed checker. Always best to check from a PC (or Mac of course!), preferably one connected through Ethernet to the router.0

I am pretty pee'd off at BT. I went with them in large part due to infinity coming at the end of June. I needed a connection earlier so I went with their top 'standard' BB package which I was told would simply be a swap over as soon as infinity arrived. End of June... actually, sorry, it will now be the end of September. This is BT9, lower malone road - how can they be so slow to get it installed in basically the centre of belfast?!Always overestimating...0

You never know, it might come earlier - have you signed up for BT's service to be notified whenever it becomes available?
I'm in Stranmillis, on the Malone Exchange, probably the same as you. The Infinity availability date changed from 30 June to 30 September, but I got an email at the end of last week to say that it is now available for my address and I'm getting it installed next week0 -
