Good Morning!

We have snow in Leicester! My youngest has been glued to the local radio station hoping to hear that his school's closed :rolleyes: .

Hopefully my specialist nurse will call me back today and will give me some advice, but it's clinic day today so I know she'll be busy.
I've been having some major issues with my MIL just lately and it seems that things have come to a head according to a text SIL sent me late last night, so waiting for a call/visit today - what joy!

My dad came and fixed our shed roof yesterday and wouldn't take a penny - what a star! Problem with the fridge/freezer was in my head (par for the course, I'm afraid).

Today, I'm hoping to nip to the PO and post some eBay stuff. Depending on developments with MIL, I'm also going to continue on my quest to 'stardrop' all surfaces. Ironing has to take priority though, as eldest has no more school shirts.

Donny-gal - Yes, I did thanks, but tiny kitchen means that I have precious little work surface space.

Third day of jury service today, don't have to be at the courthouse until 10:15 so am having a slow and lazy start to the day. As others have mentioned IT'S COLD and I have no desire to leave my nice cosy flat.

thanks for all the lovely pictures of the snow, doesnt it all look beautiful.Nothing like that here today just cold! got nothing planned for today
maybe do some ironing and hoovering, take little daughter to mums and tots this afternoon. Having pasta bake for tea with broccoli, making banna bread weight watchers style(dont know if it counts if you eat five pieces tho!!)

OH just taking kids to school, its nice when he starts work later, as he offers to do the run for me.

Cold here (as usual) but no snow!!

Ive done all the embellishments for mums wedding invites, just got to put them together, and once she's booked the venue, I can print the inserts.

Pay day/pay out day today! Must go into town after work and pay this months rent, so when it goes to court on the 30th, My balance will be NIL. Still cant believe they've taken it that far, but thats the Chesterfield Borough Council for you.

Right, best get showered and get motivated for work.

:T Two Miles from the Gherkin building and there is snow :j It's beatiful out there, calm and still and absolutely freezing! I've made myself late enjoying the view.

Thank goodness I put protection on my more delicate outdoor plants last night :eek: :rotfl:

Off to hunt out my boots, apparently the tubes are hell so its a slow walk in for me today.
