Right, that is Christmas and New Year out of the way, now back on with planning the wedding of the year...

Nearly all replies received for the day which is nice. Some people have responded for the evening, I can't believe how rude people are by not bothering to respond! However, I am past caring now.

I now have to action all my plans! Starting with making a tree... I cut some lovely branches at my parents the other day and will be spraying them glittery white and attaching some lights to the branches. These will then be put into a dark corner to light it up. I was having a go at it on New years day and my SIL liked it so much she said she would want one in the house all the time!

We also need to decide on our vows and music for the ceremony. We have a good idea, but the registrar wants them about now, so we need to go over it all and decide on who is signing the register and who will be doing a reading.

The kids place names can be sorted and I am still on the hunt for more candles holders. I found the turqouise ones I like reduced in Dun Elm reduced so bought some more, and I have seen some coloured glass ones advertised in a magazine from Debenhams, but I can't find them in stock yet. Hmm. Please let me know if any of you see any cheap ones on your travels! I also need candles, but I think Ikea will be the place to go for those. The 'orchids' I have chosen for the vases have not yet been reduced in dun elm, so I am undecided as to just see if I have enough fresh flowers delivered? Hmmmmmmmmmm decisions, decisions.

AT last we have got in touch with the band we want for the ceremony. I'm still on a link ban, but if you are interested look up zazous anglaise on you tube, they are a very cool parisian jazz type band. That sounds a bit posh, doesn't it??!!

I have also ordered cuff links for OH and a hair band for me from Vintage Gems on facebook. Some one on here recommended her, thanks!!

Back on SW this week, gained a couple of pounds over Christmas, nothing too drastic, but time to get on with it again.

Less than 12 weeks to go.....AGGGHHHHH!

I thought you had been quiet. I like planning - I am just a bit !!!!less at putting things into action. However, I have to as it is our wedding!

Did you order your dress? There was a really gorgeous one on green wedding shoes with a lace top and a sitcky out skirt, I love that site, thanks for putting me onto it. It has even given me some ideas for a business. Yeay.

If its tealights you are wanting I saw packs of 75 unscented tealights for £2 or 2 for £3 in Asda and 50 vanilla £2.75 or 2 for £5, they had other scents too.

By the way congratulations and happy new year :)
