Moving to 3 bed house?!!?

But the room isn't big enough for 2 and what if the next one is a girl, are they still meant to share?
Yes they will have to share up until a certain age. Your local council can tell you what their age policy is, but do not be surprised if it turns out that a boy & a girl are expected to share a room together till the oldest one reaches 10 years old.0 -
I rarely do this, but it makes my blood boil this 'entitled to' culture.
Op gets £900 a month from her parents so could use this to fund more space?
Likes to ask about her 'friends' 4 year old and newborn baby girl. ?Has seen a three bed up the road 'friend' wants to move to. Just be honest - I hate these 'my friend' posts.
For the OP do what most people who own their own homes do, have bunk beds, make space, kids share up and down the country, live within your means, get a job so you are not reliant on LHA then you wouldn't be restricted to a two bedOPs so far £42,139

Yes they will have to share, I think the age is around 10 like Mancitychick suggests.
Its just the same if you bought a house, your kids might have to share a room unless you could afford a bigger house.0 -
three of us shared when I grew up, would probably be child cruelty now!0

Cheers guys for the info its really helped. To the others thanks for the expected negative comments.0

How are you getting income support and all the LHA you get when your parents are giving you £900 a month? You have an income already so you shouldn't be allowed to get income support...it's for those who don't have another income! If women are birds and freedom is flight are trapped women Dodos?0

as stated in the other posts i told the council about the £900 and they still gave me the benefits im on now, so how is that my fault?!?! The £900 has stopped now anyway so i dont have any income at all.0 -

My friend has her three girls in one room, they like it.
We have a three bed, two girlies, if I had another girl I would put three girls in together and have bedroom three as a playroom as we have limited living space.
To the OP it's not negative - it's honest. All your threads have ended up with posters getting frustrated with you, due to your sense of 'entitlement', giving up a full time job but wanting to know what you would get in benefits to cover the 'lost earnings'. You shouldn't be allowed to do that IMHO and I'm sure there are many on here that would agree with me.OPs so far £42,139

my cousin was living in a 2 bed house with 3 sons and 1 daughter, she didnt get rehoused until the girl was 6 all the while she had been sleeping in her mums room and 3 boys from the ages 3 to 15! Don't expect nothing!0

Err..... what about the father/s can they put their hands in their pockets.
A lot of working families are trapped in small houses/flats as they cannot get a mortgage to move but they don't moan that they are entitled to a bigger house.
A council house is a NOT a right!
Remember you are asking people who pay taxes to say "oh yes have a bigger house on us"
