IA its nice to see you back and glad to hear things are going in the right direction. When you were around the daily chat you always sounded very determined and resourceful. Hope it all works out for you.

IA I was wondering what had happened to you the other day, yours was the first diary I read when I came here, obviously that must be five years ago now. Great to hear the career is panning out, good luck with the new plans.
  • Morning all, and thanks for the lovely messages :)

Managed to sleep better last night thankfully!

Taking my lunch to work today. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches :D. Not planning on spending any money today although I'm going to have to tomorrow due to a hospital appointment, so trying to have a good day today ;)

How's everyone? Happy hump day! Is it friday yet? lol!

  • Another day at the grindstone. How is it dark already??

Happy to report I didn't spend a penny today, even if my peanut butter and jelly sandwiches did get squished! Oh the woes of saving money... :rotfl:

I should really have a look and see if there's anything I can sell to raise some cash. I could do an ebay but paypal and dodgy sellers always puts me off. Isn't really much else I can do on quidco... but there's got to be SOMETHING else I could be doing to raise some decent cash?

    Anyone got any ideas?

Well, what a blast from the past seeing your name on here :D

I remember you from years back when I was paying off my debts .... you were married with 2 little girls and working a temp xmas job in Argos I think?! I was married with 3 kids .... and now I'm divorced, remarried, with 4 kids!!!! Oh, and debt :o (Well, not technically my own debt, it's DHs, but what's mine is yours and all that)

Good luck with your goals .... this is one diary I will definitely be subscribing to, even if just for nostalgia!!!
