Hi guys,
I am disappointed to hear that you have both had some problems with this. It’s certainly not how we want our customers to feel about our service.
If you could drop me an email to the address here with WRT135 FAO Heidi in the subject and include a link to your post and a contact number, I will be happy to look into this further for you.
Kind regards,
Heidi

I used to work for the NHS, so would have been eligible for this scheme at the time, but never been with Vodafone lol... although my company phone uses it haha!
However, is there a financial incentive paid by the taxpayer to Vodafone for offering this scheme (I'm guessing not)?? If not, in light of 3's pricing, why don't you just reduce your prices by 20% across the board, instead of simply ripping everyone off (if you can afford to reduce them by 20% for one group of people, then you can afford it for all, someone somewhere is being ripped off if they are paying more as standard [not talking loyalty or special promotions heres], for the same standard service)?
I don't really understand why companies do this, it's like saying you're a more important customer than him/her, because you do this and he/she doesn't. That to me, is disgusting practice.
It would put me off, as a non-eligible customer, using Vodafone. I can understand it when there is a financial/beneficial link between one private company, and another private company, and employee's can get benefits in that situation, because there is a vested interest, but to treat non-NHS (or is non-public sector workers?) like second-class citizens, does little for your reputation.
Just my two pence of course0 -
Heidi,
I have just picked up the message you left on my mobile, I have not received any email.
Please try again, thanks for getting in touch.0 -
Hi Ratcatcher,
Thanks for coming back to us.
In order for us to get your concerns looked into we'd need you to email us with your details.
You can do this via the Contact us form here and to ensure that it reaches us could you quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line?
Once received we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Kind regards,
Lee

Lee,
I have already sent an email form that I submitted for the attention of Heidi, this included my email, telephone numbers and account number.
As Heidi has already called me on my mobile number ( that I had included in my email ) surely you already have all contact details required?
Failing that I am off tomorrow and Friday, you can try calling my mobile no. again.
Thanks0 -
Ok it's Friday afternoon and still no contact from anyone from Vodafone.
This is really not helping...0 -
Hi Ratcatcher,
Apologies, I have been out of the office for the past week.
Do you have your email reference number from the auto response? I can then pull your details up and give you another call.
Many thanks,
Heidi

Hello Hiedi,
Just wanted to thank you again for sorting out my issues.
Very pleased with not just your customer support but for actually explaining what had gone wrong as well!
We got there in the end!
Cheers :beer:0
