idiots across the road were letting fireworks off till about half one this morning.
I'd forgotten about that....we had them until 11pm. Luckily the cats aren't bothered - they rush to the window to have a look, but if I had children or pets that were woken or disturbed by them I'd be even more annoyed. How can people think it's ok to make such a noise late at night?0 -

Had a lie in til 10.30 (new time) woop woop :T. Still in jammies but have cleaned house, DH prepped veg. Have ironed uniforms ready for tomorrow (hooray back to school). Have ran out of eggs still waiting for 5 to start laying

can see me having to cancel our wee little Halloween soiree at home for mindees and my two, not gonna be working either so that's money lost, ho hum never mind what matters is that DD gets better.

Hey Bargainbird - He's home from hospital, i spoke to him today briefly, it's kinda upsetting though, as we all know he'll never recover. I've got 2 weeks off in November so will book a trip up to spend some time with him.

We had our local bonfire night thingy yesterday - i'm glad we trained pup to be a gun dog, the only thing he's scared of is the hover! It's peace of mind that we know he won't go nuts if left alone when fireworks go off.Annual Grocery Budget £364.00/£1500

DD1 is making halloween biscuits at the mo , she bought a piping set when she made cupcakes for DD2's birthday and so she is now piping spider webs on the bicciesshe seems to really enjoy baking :T
i have been helping DD2 with her french oral homework , i fell asleep while she was spouting frenchdont think she noticed
pork for tea , managed to defrost it in the microwave and now its been in the SC for a good few hours , DH hasnt got dressed so didnt get any spuds so we are having sprouts parsnips and peas0
