I have just checked my account on Infurn and notice my delivery date has now been changed.
My first delivery date was week 44, now it is week 02.
Has anyone else had any communication from Infurn or delivery updates? Or even received their beanbag????0 -
I have just put infurn/groupon beanbags in the MSE search engine and come up with here because i too, bought the Groupon deal, was promised delivery this week and now can't get through on the phone etc. I have no idea about prices for beanbags. Have used groupon before with no problems, so didn't see any reason to do further research. You live and learn don't you? EstherSecond purse £101/100

No sign of beanbag as of 23 Dec 2011, despite ordering on 4 Nov 11. Like others, got email 28 Nov with promise of 3 week delivery and useless £20 voucher against their VERY pricey good, to be used no later than 31 Dec...
Hav emailed them again today, not expecting much. Can't see any address or telephone number for them on their website, although I'm sure there used to be a number at least. Anyone got any further ideas?0 -

My beanbag has arrived today. Ordered it for daughter and she hasn't seen it yet. Don't think she is going to be impressed though. I've not taken it out of the box but the material seems stiff and uncomfortable.Second purse £101/100

Mine, originally due week 49, changed to week 2 as Christmas was approaching. Fair enough, you screwed up, and couldn't meet demand, but it wouldn't have hurt to employ a little customer service and email out to let people know the expected date had once again changed. However I then FINALLY heard back from Groupon (after 4 emails) and they said they have chased up the order and it won't be due for dispatch until at least the 25th of January. Which makes it 12 weeks since I ordered, double the 6 weeks stated. So not expecting it 'til at least february. EPIC fail Groupon!
It would appear that certain colours are making it out faster than others.0 -
My order was placed on 3rd October when i called early on i was told i could not be advised a delivery date. right up til xmas i chased and finally i asked the woman for some honesty and she advised most likely week 1.
KGB deals stated UP TO 4 weeks delivery so as far as im concerned ive waited over 3 months for something that should have been 4 weeks. HORRIBE RUDE customer service they have NOT done themselves any favours, Im really looking forward to mine which is why ive not cancelled but if it arrives and its crap ill be claiming a refund straight away via KGB deals!

Update on the Infurn Bean Bag saga.
I finally managed to secure a refund from KGB and had disputed my delivery charges with the credit card so imagine my surprise when I had a parcel reminder arrive through the door.
After driving to the post office twice last week to try and collect the item (having no idea what it was as I'd cancelled my order), I find it is a bean bag and not the one I had ordered as a gift!
I was still waiting for the refund to go through and so kept the bean bag in it's packaging (ripped and opened upon arrival at the depot - not impressed)
Today, I had an email stipulating that I must pay delivery or pay to return the items. I sent a rather pointed email detailing their comedy of errors and said they could collect it as delivering it was a)their fault and b)7 weeks late!
I have been less than impressed and upon checking the item as people said they wanted reports on quality I can advise that it is average. The filling is all soft and crumbly so I guess it won't last long and you can see the filling through the canvas. I think they have used a cheap filler as it has lots of black bits in it.
I will be happy to get this item out of the way as it just leaves a nasty taste in the mouth after all this trouble.0
