As we approach a month since this new story was published...guess what? Lots of us still haven't been paid.0

PPI customer relations doesn't even answer the phones anymore! No reply on email either. This is very frustrating!!! What to do?0

:mad:Oh my goodness I am so angry I can hardly type. I have just spoken yet again (despite my earlier resolution to give up calling them) to the customer call centre. I was told 2 weeks ago that I would get a recalcluation letter. Guess what, the young lady on the phone said that my claim had not even been recalculated yet despite being upheld on 22nd August.
I really cannot believe that an organisation as large at LTSB can be so incompetent, therefore there must be some other agenda!:mad::mad:0 -

Here's what Andrea had to say back in October!A Lloyds TSB spokeswoman says: "We are processing all PPI compensation payments within a reasonable turnaround time however we have encountered an issue which has delayed payments for a group of customers with a Lloyds TSB loan.
"We are looking to resolve this as a priority and have a dedicated resource working on this to clear the backlog.
"In recognition of the delay some customers have experienced we will look to compensate them accordingly, this will be reviewed on a case by case basis. We apologise to any customer affected for the inconvenience caused."
She adds that the bank has quadrupled the number of staff working on clearing this backlog.
What a load of rubbish. We're still waiting Ms Barry!0 -
I finally got through but the adviser could give me no timeline when I can expect the payment. I am in a difficult financial situation and in desperate need if the money. What can I do?0

Spoke to a lady called rian on Friday and she said she couldn't understand why we haven't received any money and that she would personally email Andrea Barry.,..,yeah right!0
