Yeah, it's a bit unfair the way the orders have been processed. My items were in stock when I ordered (in theory at least) yet because I ordered early on I had less chance of getting them than someone who ordered the next day?

Would be great if that last bit was true!! Can anyone confirm that?

I ordered the night the deal went live, they took the money but just delivered a catalogue, have had to phone them for a refund, they said the 8GB cards I had ordered are out of stock and now discontinued yet people that ordered after me got theirs!

If they charged you & sent you an order confirmation according to their own terms they should be offering you alternatives.

They are in breach of contract.

I think its really good of Staples to honour the orders , as many as they could anyway , especially with people doing multiple orders of course!

I often miss out on deals like this , never seem to see them in time of course , but this time I was very fortunate and will be happy to use Staples again as it seems they have gone to alot of trouble to honour the orders even if you have to wait for the items to come back in stock

Those who unfortunately didn't receive their items will get refunds and not be out of pocket , Staples however WILL be out of pocket due to this deal , they are certainly not making a profit on these orders!!!

I would have loved one of the wine racks people on HUKD are COMPLAINING about even though it was free and was meant to be with your SECOND order but you can't please some people & I actually thought the wine rack was very nice & modern!!! :D

( Like I said I didn't get one , didn't know about it but just very happy I got my one order , so thanks Staples!! )

Anyway , these amazing voucher code deals do come & go occasionally - I missed the Hope Education one not because I didn't see it but because I had NO money in the bank at the time & I nearly cried because my DGS has special needs & they do some amazing special needs toys on there but I could not order any at the time

I was hoping it would still work the next day when I had some funds but of course it was stopped but did I rant and rave about it - No...

All I did was order my DGS some special needs toys from Ebay to cheer myself up about the disappointment and just see it as one of those things..... Frustrating though , sitting there while I knew it was working , seeing the toys he would love as they are specialist toys and not been able to order him any , typical! lol

( AND by the way I only would have placed ONE order as in this one and not take the **** like some people by placing 10 orders!!! )

I have to agree, I honestly didn't think they would honour these orders.

Some people have said that orders were refused because they realised that multiple orders had been made however I found the opposite.

My five orders were all entered on seperate customer accounts using different emails yet when I received the confirmation and despatch emails they were all on the original email account used !!!

I can also confirm that my orders were confirmed and dispatched in reverse order although as I said in the previous paragraph , they were all confirmed on the email used in the first order.....very confusing.

Well I am not really impressed with them, only one order placed and got cancelled and was told do not bother getting in touch. Will not use them againn not for business as well

ive still not had an email ordered one order on the wednesday night. Anyone heard anything in the last few days? my order shows up on the staples account but im a bit concerned now
